How to Order
Ordering from Ozmoz is simple. Follow the steps below to select collections and place your wholesale order.

Explore Our Collections
Browse Ozmoz baby, toddler and kidswear collections. Product details, fabric information and size assortments help you select the right styles for your store.

Create Your Wholesale Account
Register for a wholesale account to access product prices and place orders. Our collections are visible without registration, while pricing and purchasing require a wholesale account.

Select Your Assortments
Choose the products and quantities you need. Each assortment contains one piece of every size listed in the product's Size Range table. The assortment price and price per piece are displayed separately.

Review Your Order
Add your selected assortments to the basket and review quantities, prices and delivery details before proceeding to checkout.

Complete Your Payment
Choose an available payment method during checkout. A 3% bank transfer discount will apply once the offer has been activated. Bank transfer details are provided at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Orders with sufficient stock are dispatched no later than the next business day after confirmation. For orders requiring additional production, our sales team will confirm the estimated dispatch schedule.

Wholesale Pricing
Our wholesale prices are available to registered customers and are displayed excluding VAT. Prices are shown per assortment, with the equivalent price per piece provided for easy comparison.
Size Assortments
Our products are generally sold in predefined size assortments. Each assortment contains one piece of every size listed in the product's Size Range table. Assortment composition and total quantities are clearly displayed on each product page.
Bulk Orders & Special Pricing
We offer special wholesale quotations for larger orders. Pricing is evaluated individually based on requested quantities, product selection and order requirements.
Stock & Additional Production
Orders with sufficient stock can be dispatched no later than the next business day after confirmation. Additional production may be arranged with an estimated lead time of 2–4 weeks, depending on product requirements and scheduling.
Payment Terms
Available payment methods are presented during checkout. Bank transfer payments receive a 3% discount when the offer is active. Order processing is subject to payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation
Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the applicable commercial terms. Any special pricing, additional production or customized delivery arrangements will be confirmed before the order is processed.

Ready Stock – Fast Dispatch
Orders with sufficient stock availability are dispatched no later than the next business day after order confirmation. Actual delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method.
Additional Production – 2–4 Weeks
If the requested quantity exceeds available stock, additional production can be arranged. The estimated production lead time is 2–4 weeks, depending on quantity, product specifications and scheduling. Our team confirms the estimated dispatch date before processing the order.
International Shipping
We ship wholesale orders internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method and order volume.
Door-to-Door Delivery – Duties & Taxes Included
Upon request, we can prepare a customized door-to-door delivery quotation covering transportation, customs duties and applicable import charges. This allows you to review your estimated total delivered cost before confirming an order.
Shipping Arrangements & Confirmation
The shipping method, estimated delivery schedule and applicable charges are confirmed according to your order and agreed delivery terms. Any charges included in a customized quotation will be clearly specified.
