OZMOZ TEXTILE

Founded in 1985 in İzmir by Mukadder Özden, Simurg Tasarım Tekstil is a member of the İzmir Chamber of Commerce, the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry, the Aegean Apparel Manufacturers Association, and the Exporters Union. Since 1995, Simurg Tasarım Tekstil has been producing organic clothing, and with this experience, it manufactures and exports evening wear, women’s fashion, sportswear, and children’s and baby clothing to many countries, especially in Northern Europe.

In 2011, Mukadder Özden established the Ozmoz brand, reflecting the extensive experience gained from Simurg Tasarım Tekstil. Specializing in baby and children’s clothing, the Ozmoz brand produces a full range of clothing needs for children aged 0-14. In recent years, Mukadder Özden has also started exporting the Ozmoz brand, and her designs have been featured on the WGSN website for many years. With a wide production range using organic products, jersey, woven fabrics, knits, and even organic denim, Ozmoz continues to add new achievements every day.

Our Departments

Design Department

Our collections develop in line with our original ideas and the needs of the sector. In this way, we shape fashion.

Pattern Department

Our expert pattern-making department meticulously prepares patterns for each design. Size series are specially developed for collections.

Sampling Cutting

Each collection first goes through proto cutting, where tailoring precision begins.

Sampling Sewing Department

A proto sample is sewn for each design in the collection, and size series are prepared.

Sampling Quality and Checking

Each sample is meticulously checked against various criteria. Every stage can be restarted until the most perfect result is achieved

Fabric Quality Control

Every fabric that will enter production undergoes various quality control tests, such as weaving checks and shrinkage tests. Fabrics that do not pass the controls are removed from production.

Cutting Department

All fabrics entering production are cut using a new generation, automated machine park, making them ready for production. Speed and quality are ensured through the use of a digitized system.

Sewing Department

Each design is sewn with tailoring precision by the sewing department using a lean production model. This ensures fast, meticulous, and flawless production.

Quality Control Department

Each product that comes out of production is carefully inspected one by one. This control system, which is based on various criteria, ensures that the final product is flawless.

Ironing and Packaging/ Finishing Department

Products that pass the quality control stage move on to the final department, the ironing and packaging department, where they are made ready for purchase.
